Asphalt and Blacktop Sealcoating
A mineral filled asphalt emulsion pavement sealer designed for sealcoating, protecting and beautifying all types of asphalt and blacktop driveways, parking lots and more. A regular scheduled sealcoating program utilizing MasterSeal will more than double the life of your asphalt and blacktop.

CRACKFILLING
Filling cracks with crack filler helps prevent rain and moisture from flowing through the pavement and causing erosion or failure, espcially in the winter time the freeze and thaw expands the cracks.
By stopping the entrance of water, the rate of deterioration of the pavement is significantly slowed. Crack sealing also prevents the loss of aggregate from the edges of the crack.
SEALING
Sealcoating asphalt provides a protective layer to the surface, preventing water from entering cracks, blocking UV rays, and shielding the asphalt from oil and other chemicals. This process helps to extend the lifespan of the asphalt, maintain its integrity, and improve its appearance. This is recommended every two years.

LINING
Asphalt striping helps guide traffic, designate parking areas, mark crosswalks, loading zones, and other important areas. Along with meeting ADA Requirements for handicap accessible areas.
ASPHALT REPAIR
We can repair asphalt using cold patch for small potholes. Small hot asphalt repairs can also be done, which would include milling out the repair area and then placing hot asphalt surface course mix in the repair area.
